These terms govern supply of website design, development and related services by Newmotiondeals to clients in Australia. They form part of any proposal, invoice or agreement.

Scope is as set out in the accepted proposal. Additional work is scoped and quoted separately. Timelines are estimates and may vary with client approvals.

Fees are payable as per invoice. We may require deposits. Late payments may incur interest. Quotes exclude third-party costs (hosting, licences).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newmotiondeals limits liability. Nothing in our terms excludes consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — your rights

Under the ACL, consumers have guarantees including that services are provided with acceptable care and skill, fit for purpose, and delivered within a reasonable time. These guarantees apply regardless of our contractual terms and cannot be excluded.

If a failure to meet a guarantee is major, you may choose a refund, price reduction or compensation for loss.
For minor issues we will remedy the problem within a reasonable time at *** cost.
These rights are in addition to any warranty we supply.
